All products in our shop are printed on demand and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Fourthwall.

Because each item is custom-made especially for you, Fourthwall does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size chosen, fit preference, or personal taste. Full terms and conditions regarding their return policy are available on the Fourthwall website.

Please note that we (Self Care Cafe) have no involvement in the production, fulfillment, or returns process and will not be able to resolve any customer queries relating to orders, returns, or refunds. All queries must be directed to Fourthwall’s support directly.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during shipping, please contact Fourthwall’s support directly as soon as possible and include clear photos of the issue. Fourthwall will review your case and will either replace the item or issue a refund promptly.
